Who we are

This website belongs to Temuku Keramas Beach Suite, a family guest house in Keramas, Blahbatuh, Gianyar, Bali, Indonesia. You can reach us at temukufamilyguesthouse@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +62 812-3871-1666.

Inquiry forms

The stay and long-term forms do not send anything to our servers. When you press the button, your browser opens WhatsApp with a prepared message containing the details you typed. The message is only delivered if you press send in WhatsApp.

Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. We use the details you send only to answer your inquiry and to arrange a stay or rental with you.

Data we keep

We keep your messages and contact details for as long as needed to answer your inquiry and manage any stay or rental agreed with you, and as long as required by Indonesian law.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Analytics and embedded content

If you allow analytics, Vercel Web Analytics counts page views in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

If you allow marketing and embeds, a Google Maps map is shown on some pages. Google may then set cookies and process data under its own privacy policy.

Nothing optional loads until you agree, and you can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Send your request to temukufamilyguesthouse@gmail.com.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
